Shipping Information

Free Shipping on ALL Orders. Cyvbers offers delivery within the USA. International orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days.

Express shipping for the USA: 2 - 5 business days.

Delivery times are guidelines only, and delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days of processing payment unless noted otherwise on our website, at the time the order is placed, or if an email notification about any delay is sent. All purchases through Cyvbers.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

A complete and correct delivery address is crucial. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional fee.

We currently do not serve the following US states (Last updated January 25, 2022): Armed Forces - Americas, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Please check back as we expand to more regions.

After placing an order on the Cyvbers website, you will receive a shipping info email from us. You can also check your order status through 'My Account' -> 'Order History' after logging in.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check the status of your delivery. All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and are fully traceable on their websites.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of your package's arrival at the return shipper, including 5 to 10 business days of transit time for us to receive your return, 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt, and 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.

To return an item, login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the 'My Account' menu, and click the 'Return Item(s)' button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

  1. Refund: Cyvbers offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Cyvbers.com. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, inform us within 30 days. Return the product in the original packaging with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, along with the return authorization number provided by us.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Cyvbers@outlook.com.
  3. Return & Refund Conditions: Cyvbers reserves the right to refuse the return or refund if the conditions are not met. We do not permit the return of or offer refunds for custom-configured products or items purchased from third-party retail partners.
  4. How to Return an Item: To return an item, please obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us. Cyvbers will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Contact us at Cyvbers@outlook.com to request an RMA number.
  5. Process for Returning a Product: Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted by our warehouse.
