1. Refund
Cyvbers offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Cyvbers.com. We are confident that you will love your new product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do let us know within a 30 day period. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can refund the full purchase price. To return an item, please contact us via Cyvbers@outlook.com during our normal business hours. In order to return your product within the 30-day return policy, please ensure that:
You have purchased the product directly from Cyvbers.com. You should contact Cyvbers and begin the return process, within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging - with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and you should additionally provide your return authorization number.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received any refund yet, please do recheck your bank account carefuly again. If your payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please do allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You should also contact your credit card company direcltly, if the credit still hasn't appeared - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Cyvbers@outlook.com.
3. Return & Refund Conditions
Please carefully read the terms and conditions below. If the terms and conditions are not met, Cyvbers reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Cyvbers does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: A product that is custom configured or branded to your personal specifications. A product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
4. How to Return an Item
To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Cyvbers will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get your RMA form by contacting us via email for assistance.
5. Process for Returning a Product
① Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact Cyvbers at Cyvbers@outlook.com for any assistance.
② Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Cyvbers. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
